Penn National Inn – Front Desk 2025 Season
Experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
Shifts are morning – mid day. Must be able to work weekends and holidays (as needed)
$13.00/ hour.
25-30 hours per week. Could be more depending on occupancy.
Part time – seasonal : Mid-March to mid-October.
Duties include:
- Greet guests with a genuine and warm spirit of hospitality
- Check in guests in a customer service and efficient manner
- Post transactions to guest and master accounts
- Making sure that payment(s) have been secured
- Handles guest requests and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellations requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handles any in house guest requests, such as extensions, late check outs and rebooking
- Handles check out procedures swiftly and accurately, and communicates with housekeeping to let them know when a room has checked out, or when a room is complete and clean
- Handles cash drawer, credit card receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit and cash handling guidelines.
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required

Penn National Inn - Housekeeping 2025 Season
Experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work as a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. if needed. Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
Shifts are morning – mid day. Compensation : $13.00/ hour (plus tips).
25-30 hours per week. Could be more depending on occupancy. Part time – seasonal : Mid-March to mid-October.
Duties include:
- Removing linens, towels, and soiled items from rooms and replace as needed or required.
- Remove trash and replace liners.
- Spray sinks, tubs, toilets with sanitizer, and clean.
- Spray all tables, desks, counters in rooms with sanitizer, and clean.
- Make beds to company standards.
- Vacuum and or sweep all rooms, foyers, and hallways.
- Assist in laundry when needed.
