Seasonal Groundskeeper

Are you a team player who enjoys working outside? Penn National Golf Club is seeking Full-time and Part-time Seasonal Grounds Crew members to work during the 2025 golf season.

• No experience necessary.
• Willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
• Searching for team players.
• Duties include: golf course setup, raking bunkers, operating mowing equipment, operating small engine equipment, divot repair, and other golf course maintenance duties.
• Morning, Afternoon, and weekend shift are available.
• Willing to work with flexible schedules.
• Some weekend work may be required.
• Compensation: $13/hour
• Golf Season is Mid-March thru Mid-November
• Other Benefits: Golfing privileges, uniform shirts, employee discount on food and golf merchandise.
